I will change some stuff about her if given a reasonable critique submitted to my inbox.
Alternative/Faceclaim: Naoto Fuyumine from Dogs: Bullets and Carnage
Mainverse: Castlevania Naomi Salvatici Birthdate: May 1, 1454 Age during the events of… CV III - 22 (Majorly the age I’m using in RPs) Curse of Darkness - 25 (if noted after CV3, or by request.) Birthplace: Messina, Sicily. Height: 4’7” Gender: Female. Sex: Female She is Androgynous. There is no harm in confusing her sex. Hair Color: Black (Or Dark Brown) Eye Color: Brown Major Arcana: The Sun. Trump: Queen of Pentacles - Inverted Main Weapon: Puppets and Dolls Subweapons: Boomerangs, “Yo-Yo” type weapons, anything that returns to her. Skills: Alchemy - Potions Puppet Mastery: The use of dark energy to manipulate puppets, dolls, marionettes, or any jointed vessel. It can go for human bodies only if they are dead. With her puppets, she can use the said energy or magic on her ears to hear what the puppet is hearing, speak through it and her fingers would do the rest of the work for movements. The farthest length she went with a puppet is a good fifty meters. In most cases: she has to tag a target. She cannot control them but her cords will get them to move or face a different direction depending on how hard she’s pulling. This ability requires a lot of focus and often short-lived. The second part of her ability is “Shadow Play.” She uses her own shadow to attack people’s shadows as if she’s actually inflicting damage to them. This ability sucks the most energy out of her and she barely lasts a minute - what is less than enough that she needs -using it. Normally this ability is a last resort to end something quick (often served as a chance to escape). Ranged Combat A very small amount of Hand-to-hand Combat - although not the best at it and rather sloppy when doing so, she will use her hands and feet to defend herself. Naomi does not use heavy handed weapons such as axes, maces or heavy swords. She does use daggers or rapiers if given the chance but her fighting style is poor. She is not fit for melee combat either way but her puppets do a nice amount of damage. Speed She cannot use swords or two-handers without proper training. The “heaviest” she can probably use is a dagger but would still require training to use it properly. —
Naomi was born in Sicily as a daughter of a toy maker. Her abilities started to show around the age of five when playing with dolls. She would be seen talking to them and playing with them while they moved without strings or any form of physical manipulation. Her family, in fear of her being executed and of herself, they almost isolated her from the world. She could say she was loved and spoiled when given so many dolls when asked to, or tools when she wanted to make her own, taught by her father how to. Unfortunately, it didn’t last long when the family business was going down when she was eight. Sent to Naples by her family (not as nobles) to find work. Aventually she was taken for human trafficking to Romania’s ports. There, Naomi was recruited by the Dracula in 1464 for her abilities on controlling puppets without the use of strings for certain actions to be performed. She worked as his spy against his enemies, disguised as a boy. Naomi isn’t yet a master of puppets, but she surely is an expert at it. There have been cases where she ordered some servants to kidnap humans and bring them far away from society, unconscious to perform inhumane experiments on them. She wanted to make human puppets. To conceal the joints and everything. It mainly requited a body, and a soul in order to make the puppet. The only problem was keeping the body intact. it may or may not have impressed the Dracula when she had showed him the puppets, or “dolls.” She later stopped this experiment since it was a difficult, and long process that required energy and patience. Most of those experiments were failures she ended up killing, herself, to prevent the monstrosities reaching the villages. The few successful ones were three dolls she made, Polly, Dolly, and Molly. Two of them were destroyed when the castle fell. Polly is said to be sealed and locked away somewhere. Over time, she learned about alchemy from the Dracula, making potions and concoctions in her free time when she is not making puppets out of wood. She learned medicinal properties from the plants in the garden, even caring for it when she could. This was obvious that she worked in Lisa’s garden for ingredients when working with the Alchemy lab as a healer but may have made poison concoctions too for her own convenience. As she states: “If you have time to make one potion, you should make another to pass the time.” Or use leftover materials, nothing went to waste for her. Now, whether or not Lisa was her friend (she pretty much kept her distance with many of those part of the castle) is up to you to decide. I feel it’s highly likely she was probably Naomi’s only living friend until she died (12 at that time.) At that time, Naomi kept her tongue to herself and continued to work as the Dracula’s spy for his enemies. It was likely she worked with the Two forgemasters at this time too (I will leave this up to you to decide.) She had plenty of conflicted feelings about hurting humans, though being detached from them too.
- If there was the case, accepted, that she worked with the forgemasters every now and then for spying, she probably wouldn’t have that much of a relationship with them. I’m almost positive she would’ve bought her own drinks (underage involved. Don’t do this at home kids!) And bickered with Hector often. Isaac, she would just… try to ignore unless commands were given; not on friendly terms however. She might not have been chummy with either of them anyways.
When the castle fell, she fled to live her own life. It may have been possible she began to explore magic to widen her horizon than just being fixated on puppet making. Later when making dolls, they would move on their own sometimes without strings attached but at her will.
Curse of Darkness events: she wouldn’t return, feeling ashamed she couldn’t do anything herself, yet she had much conflicted feelings on hurting humans when she became more aware. She wanders Europe to seek retribution and some way to atone her sins for using humans like that.

What I’m considering:
Puppet manipulation on another person or vessel? As in if she tags or casts her abilities out, she could control a monster or person against their will, like they had strings attatched? Perhaps on dead bodies too? (I feel this would be powerplaying or godmodding if she willingly uses it on your character, please don’t assume she will do that to anyone. Know I will ALWAYS ask first, and there is a way out of this ability if your muse has the strength to break her “strings.”)
"Shadow Puppets" - I think if you get the idea, she makes shadow puppets and attacks using shadows?

Personality
It is obvious she’s not a friendly Sicilian. She fits more of the “rude” ones, but that’s her with other people. She doesn’t truly care about humans, especially when she performed unorthodox experiments on them. Though this is the case, she shows some friendliness to animals more. she has a sharp tongue with her own mind.
Though she can be cold and heartless at times, she does show kindness and some form of hospitality. She rarely makes any friends, let alone keeps them. She may show pity if she has to, and she does cry over little things and tries to keep a straight face as if unfazed when internally: she is scared or feeling what is expected of a human to feel.
The emotional abuse she may have gotten made her very detached from her own humanity, making her “sane” enough to think it’s okay to hurt people without caring. If that was a concern to anyone, they would need to push her into the right direction.
If one speaks philosophical around her she can be quite talkative. with most regal or royals, she is brief and acts as a servant - needing to explain things if she needs to. When one does treat her as a human being, it may be possible for them to form a close bond with her. That close bond may be valued by her and she will stop at nothing to ensure their own safety or assist them in general.

Appearance:
As much as the “fur” is from the 11th century (I have taken some liking to it myself but I do plan on fixing this later) Normally her clad is of a 15th Century cotehardie. Her clothes are of a green male’s Romanian or Italian tunic, a black or dark brown loose shirt under it, with pale tights in brown boots. Her accessories are a leather belt with a satchel on it at her waist and leather gloves. Facial features is of an Italian woman or a teenage boy, slightly thick eyebrows, brown eyes with dark rings/bags under them from lack of or inability to sleep. Not of an insomniac since she does sleep without a problem. Short dark-brown hair (often looking black in the dark.) A lack of breasts made obvious, and her skin is tanned to an olive color.
