What is the most heroic thing you have done in your life?
I'm beginning to think that surviving every day is pretty heroic.
But, aside from that, the most recent thing I can think of is was making a Tenten costume. Her mother had given me the wrong size (I know, I should have measured her, stupid mistake) and when she came over to try it on it was way too small. About 6 sizes too small. She was crestfallen, but determined to wear it. I kept it to put the finishing touches on it and to see if I could make it fit somehow. I decided the only way to to that was to completely redo the whole thing. I really had no time to do this ,as they had asked me very close to Halloween to make the costume and the last day I had had off I before Halloween was when I made the poorly fitting one. That meant making it in the evenings after a 13 hour work day and a an hour and a half commute.
I did it anyway. The look on her face when she tried on the costume and it fit made me feel like a hero.
