It is available in Alchemy but I have to be Level 10 and waste a lot of gold just to craft it. It's not worth it. I'll look at the Kachina wings.

Maybe you'll get lucky and someone will gift you something! heart I'm not going to use the angel after all, but I am going to make an angel warrior, like Gabriel the Archangel but in female form.
