History
Avatar was the first anime to premiere on Nickelodeon, some people insist that its name is Avatar: The Last Airbender but the real name is Avatar: The Last Good Show on Nick. Unlike Cartoon Network who picked up poser anime like Cowboy Bebop, Full Metal Alchemist, and Naruto, Nick got a true anime, this was Avatar. Avatar was created by Akira Toriyama, who was also was the creator of such fine shows as Everybody Loves Raymond, Frasier, King of the Hill, and Teletubbies. Although it was a total failure in Japan it was a smash hit in America and some parts of Africa, as well as a few remote islands on Uranus.

Story
Katana and her twin brother Sango find a caveman frozen inside a glacier with his pet Flying Triceratops. They pick him out from the ice and when he wakes up he gets future shock from their iPods and PDAs and beats them half to death with his club. After healing from their severe internal injuries the two siblings then hunt down the caveman for everything he's worth. The Caveman jumped aboard a Fire Juggler Nation ship there he runs into Fire Juggler Prince Goku and they become the best of friends. Goku then finds out that the caveman is really the Missing Link named Tang and he is the key from freeing the Fire Juggling Nation from the oppressive Earth-Water Alliance of '95.

The Second and Third Impacts
The war between the Earth-Water Alliance and Fire Juggler Nation began with the Second Impact, there was a First Impact but we forgot what it was about but we do know it happened. The Second Impact happened in the reign of Earth-Water Lord Sozen and was prophesized that in several decades it would return; which was to be called the Third Impact. If the Third Impact occurs the current Earth-Water Lord and his EVA armies will be unstoppable. Tang must master the 3 other Secret Bendings before this occurs so he can stop Gendo's plan for world domination.

The 4 Secret Bendings
Legend has it that they are 4 Secret Bendings, extremely powerful bendings more powerful than the others. These were Cave-Painting Bending, Salsabending, Discobending, and the most powerful Angelbending. Only a select few remember them, Tang knows Cave-Painting Bending, Master Takko knows Salsabending, John Travolta knows Disco Bending, the master of Angelbending is unknown. If Tang wants to stop Earth-Water Lord Gendo and his EVA armies he must learn the other three secret bendings before the Third Impact occurs.

Cave-Paintingbending-
Cave-Paintingbending was nearly forgotten when Earth-Water Lord Sozen and his troops massacred the Cavemen in a mass genocide in an attempt to make sure that the Missing-Link would never be reborn. Luckily Tang was frozen in a glacier and the knowledge of this Secret Bending lived on. Cave-Paintingbending gives the user the power to create cave-paintings and bring them to life, but this power is only limited to summoning prehistoric beasts like dinosaurs and mammoths. The most powerful style is Bedrock Cave-Paintingbending which allows the user to summon Snorkasauruses and Kangaroo-Dinosaurs as deadly familiars.
Salsabending-Salsabending allows the bender to turn any liquid into scalding hot salsa and which can be used an effective weapon. The most powerful style, Guacamole Salsabending, enables the bender to change liquids into guacamole which is even more deadly than salsa. Master Takko is a master of such a Secret Bending and teaches Tang everything he knows.
Discobending-Discobending is a Secret Bending that fully relies on physical power and stamina. It enables a bender to fire off laser beams, funky and destructive vibrations, and seismic waves if they dance in a certain way. The most powerful style is Saturday Night Fever Discobending which summons a giant mirrored orb that fires off a barrage of laser beams and blinding lights to the music of the Bee Gees. The only being in the World of the Missing-Link that's awesome enough to completely master Discobending is the great John Travolta, who aids Tang in his quest to stop Earth-Water Lord Gendo.
Angelbending- The most powerful Bending-Art and hardest Secret Bending to master. Angelbending allows a person to summon whacked-out spirits from the Land of the Lost strangely named Angels and use them to throw at enemies or use as clubs. The Missing-Links were feared by all for this ability because when a Missing-Link at full power achieved the Missing-Link State he/she could summon one of the 16 mighty spirits which would cause massive destruction when thrown or used as a club.

Non-Secret Bendings
Bendings that were more popular than the Lesser Known Bendings but were still not cool enough to make Secret Bending.
Earth-Waterbending-Basically it's bending water and bending earth and it entails firing water and earth at whatever you aim at. Its two most powerful forms are Earth-Water Lord Gendo's Evil Glare Bending which allows him to kill people by staring at them and Earth-Water Princess Asuka's Bitchbending which allows her to unleash devastating blasts of sonic energy when she throws terrifying temper tantrums. Why these are considered Earth-Water Bending even though both Earth and Water aren't involved is a mystery but few dare to actually criticize Lord Gendo and Princess Asuka about this.
Fire Jugglerbending-The Second Non-Secret Bending, Fire Juggler Bending allows the user to attack with mighty flames. The Fire Juggler Royal Family are the strongest Fire Juggler Benders which include Prince Goku and Uncle Pyro. Prince Goku has learned two of the strongest Fire Juggler techniques, the Kamehameha and Spirit Bomb, while Uncle Pyro has learned such expert attacks as Ultimate Inferno, Mutant Fireball, and his most powerful attack, Dark Phoenix.
