Hinata and Sakura slowly waddled, settling in gently as the waters of the hot springs for expectant mothers washed over them. Hinata placed both hands over her heavy belly as Naruto’s twins thrashed and bounced in her, her tummy warping with the visible movements as she turned to Sakura, blushing a bit as Sakura grinned, poking her belly with her fingers as she sighed, looking up at the moonlit sky as her own child kicked at her bladder as she sighed, poking the underside of her belly as the child then kicked at her ribs. She turned, shaking her head of pink hair and speaking to Hinata as she cradled her belly at the base.

“The twins finally dropped, eh, Hinata?”

Hinata blushed a bit again and stuttered for a response, “Y-yes…Tsunade said it was the girl that’s head down. I’m nearly due too.. You’re overdue aren’t you, Sakura-san?”

“Yep…this child’s cunning, always kicking me nearly to make me pee myself or some days just bruising my ribs up. Sasuke’s constantly feeling her though, since he’s her daddy…” She rolled her eyes at the last comment, sighing at how much Sasuke had taken to impending fatherhood.

Hinata smiled, remembering how Naruto was eager to feel every movement, getting involved in the birthing class so much and even volunteering to get Hinata anything she craved or any special things for the baby, so excited to have a son and daughter.

They both sat in the water for nearly an hour, the babies sleeping for at least half that time and then waking up abruptly and thrashing around as the mothers to be shifted their awkward bodies up and waddled their respective ways to their houses.
















Hinata shifted her big belly up and moved to get ready for bed, sliding on a nightgown as she looked in the mirror and blushed again as she began to brush her teeth, the twins unusually active for most of the night since she got back. Finishing this, she patted her belly lovingly as she gasped, suddenly feeling a pop of pressure and something releasing in her. She thought she wet herself for a bit before she realized her water had broke. She then quickly rushed for a pair of panties and a bra to get ready to go to the hospital.

“Naruto-kun, it’s time!”

Sakura, meanwhile, was constantly pausing on the way home to hold in the pee building up in her shrinking bladder, finally getting to the door and slipping off the towel as she reached for her bra, the baby kicking at her bladder as she sighed, feeling her bladder release, not realizing it was a lot more than usual as she sat on the toilet and relieved herself. She stood up and managed to get to the door before a pain wracked her belly and she groaned, calling out for her husband.

“Sasuke…the baby’s coming…”




























Ino looked at herself from various angles in the cocktail maternity dress, quickly
sliding it off as she pulled on a flimsy teddy that cradled every curve so well as Ino had kept most of her figure throughout her pregnancy. She smirked as she turned to Shikamaru, narrowing her eyes as he napped. She whacked him on the head with a single powerful punch as she motioned for him to watch her changing outfits. She finally finished off her show with an elegant gown that clung to her form so well she was surprised she was pregnant until the baby thrashed inside her violently, indicating it was time for Ino to pee again, for the 100th time since the day began.

She sat on the toilet, her elegant lingerie glinting in the light of the bathroom, the baby calm as usual, Ino always saying that this baby took after Shikamaru in personality but probably had its mother’s looks in terms of its mom always trying on new maternity outfits and the baby always in agreement with her about every new feature. Shifting up, she grunted as this baby was so heavy for her usually petite form, head down and ready to be delivered any day. Ino savored every moment of being fertile and full of child, sexy to everyone but her husband, who rarely called her such anyway.

She found one last outfit, a pair of lacy lingerie that she decided to try on before she went to bed. Sliding off her original underwear, she clasped the bra in front of her , adjusting her nearly EE cup breasts in the custom made bra as she then bent over, fishing her feet blindly through the holes of the maternity panties that were like a thong still, Ino always liking sexy wear even as big as she felt now. Sliding them on, she felt a sudden pop, gasping out and whimpering as the panties were soaked, Ino whining as she turned to Shikamaru.

“My water broke, Shika-koi…the panties are ruined…”

“What a drag…let’s get going…”


















Tenten threw a set of three different projectiles at three different targets, each landing straight in the middle. She was impressed she could still make such accurate throws even though she was ten months along with twins. She was exhausted, but managed to keep herself energized with training and such. The twins both loved it when mommy practiced, thrashing and banging around inside her, swelling her up to nearly 60 inches around, her bust increased at least 2 sizes, though they were swollen huge enough that she needed a special bra like Ino did.

Waddling and tottering at the bathroom door, she sighed as she bumped her twin filled belly into Neji, who grinned as he activated the Byakugan, seeing the twins bounce and punch in their mommy as they interacted with daddy on the outside in an indirect way, Tenten and Neji both laughing as Tenten swayed past Neji, sliding off her maternity outfit and pulling on her extra sexy lingerie. Though she was in no mood for sex, she liked to look sexy as big and unattractive as she felt.

Neji patted the bed as she slid in, running her hands over her belly, trying to coax the babies out and asleep simultaneously, whichever came first. Neji placed his hands on her tummy and marveled at how active they were, the couple drifting to sleep as the night become twilight, the twins following suit as the moon rose and shone in through the slits in the bedroom

Tenten groaned as the twins awakened her and shifted herself to the edge of the bed, squirming now, nearly unable to get completely out without Neji’s help, but energized as her bladder felt so full. She stood up, clutching her belly as she felt and heard an audible pop that shocked her enough that she fell back onto the bed, waking Neji, who placed a hand on her back, concerned.

“You alright, honey?”

“Neji…my water broke. Get the bags…”
