Ya know what really pisses me off? I mean, out of everything else in this screwed-up society we had created for ourselves? People mixing together the states of mind of being gothic and being emo. stare Gothic and emo are completely different from each other. Let me just get this point through your heads-- Being gothic or emo is a state of mind. Not a freaking fashion trend.
Emo: means Emotional people who get all teary and b***h about how awful life is and how they'd rather feel sorry for themselves through self-inflicted wounds by a razor blade and be a corpse.
Gothicism has existed since the time of Lovecraft and before, originating in Germany about the dark arts and music. It's about being dark, generally otherworldly. Not hacking at your wrists because your world is "crashing down on you"
I've nothing against emos. I just have something against people who mistaken being gothic for being emo. Know the ********' difference people.
