I cried in my sleep again. I really need to stop it too. I mean I wake up very drozey and sick when I get up in that state.
Mom and I went to see a doctor about mama's foot. He suggest ice on the foot, get a better arch suppost and he told her to stop take pain killer because she is taking to many.
