Here is a response I made to a friend after having a long, intelligent conversation about the cristian rockband paramore:

the reason i said that is because at that concert they were talking about jesus and so were all of there opening acts. and they were talking about "thanking jesus my personal savior who got me through some of the worst times in my life". BULLSHIT! there all rich spoiled suburban kids whose nightmare is forgetting to bring their favorite fuzzy blanket on there first class trip to hawaii! i have nothing against christians but you have to accept the fact that there a cristian rock band. and actually listen to some ashlee simpson music. hay, you might even mistake it for another one of the shitty "alternative rock bands" that americas youth is being brainwashed with. and the reason i like fountains of wayne so much is because there not afraid to play a different kind of rock and write some good lyrics for a change, unlike these brainwashing "alternative rock bands" whos idea of classic poetry consists of wriming the word she with......me. TA F$%^IN DA. its s**t like rich pretty boy brainwashing "alternative rock bands" who have no idea what the word individuality really means that REALLY PISSES ME THE F%^& OFF. it had to be said. and punkgirl this isnt really directed at you its directed at the stupid f#$%ers who actually give these doushebags record deals. F#$^ YOU PARAMORE AND ASHLEE SIMPSON AND HILLARY DUFF! AND YOU TOO LINKIN PARK AND SUM 41! TAKE A F#$%ING HINT AND STOP RIPPING OFF NIRVANA YOU GOD DAMN CORPORATE SELLOUTS! EITHER TRY SEQUIRING YOUR INDIVIDUALITY OR KILL YOURSELF.

PS: i prefer the latter choice.

As you can clearly see, I may need some psyciatric help..... smile
