Important Information Regarding Donation Problems:

For those who had donated to Gaia and did not receive a thank you letter, please contact us through the Feedback Form.

Last week Gaia encountered an error and could not receive feedback messages for two days. If you had contacted us for a donation problem and haven't received a reply yet, please contact us again.

Please remember to include your PayPal receipt in your feedback form.

You can find your PayPal receipt in your e-mail or by logging into your PayPal account, going to your transaction history, and copying and pasting it to us.

Please do not send us multiple forms. We will investigate your form in the order in which it is received. Please allow up to 7 days for us to respond to your form.

So if you didn't have your Donation Letters yet...please do what Lanzer and Ling and my Donation FAQ has mentioned a long time ago =3 Thank you!

	I bet not being able to go on Gaia is driving you crazy. When im not on I go crazy cause I love this place to much to leave for 5 minutes.

	Yeah, first pages on old threads are down all over the place. Guilds is going crazy as a result, even the almighty AMP has had its first page downed. surprised
