Not made an entry in forever, so might as well give it a shot, nheh?
My girlfriend of ten months and I got baptised last Easter. Since then, I've felt so much better, in a wierd kind of way.
I'm still a jerk sometimes, but I know it's mostly because of my quickness to snap or react.
Anyways, I notice alot of things religion wise that have been getting to me lately.
First off, Christians posting bullitens on myspace that says if you wont post it, that you're denying Christ, and more or less, they're trying to send you to hell straight from Myspace.
This is bull.
There is nothing that says you have to post soemthing or you don't believe in God. It's just another scare tactic of the age old chainletter, only iwht a religious message. I may be a Chrisitan, however, if I fail to repost teh same message on my bulliten, that does NOT mean I'm hellbound. I'm aware of the verse about denying and then Jesus denying you in front of God. HOWEVER, the messages used on myspace aren't really liek that. They're more to an extent of "If you don't wear a shirt that says I'm a Christian on it EVERY day, you're goign to hell, because you're not openly admitting to being a follower of Christ." There's a difference between denying God, and denyign the wishes of a man. God didn't tell you to post that message, a fellow man did.
