Yesterday me and my sister ran 2 and a half miles and I think she was crazy for saying we should run five. That would have been the longest run in my life if we did that but we just settled on 2 and a half miles. I bet if we ran five miles yesterday I wouldn't be able to move my legs today. 3nodding Well other than that today is suppose to be relaxing day because I don't have tai kwon do pratice today.
