Okay I work at a movie theater. One of the girls that came last night was a Type 1 diabetic. She has to check her blood sugar every half hour right now because of how high her count was when she was told she had it. So, she went to Harry Potter 5 and it is a looooong movie for kids. Over two hours is long when you are bored of it. Anyway, she came out about a total of three times. Some guy complained while she was in the lobby and around to hear him that she disturbed his movie because she was running in and out too much. My manager explained that she was a diabetic and he pooped it off and was like she's lying. She was standing right there with her medical alert necklace showing and her bag out testing her blood sugar before she left. Stupid man. She's a child and has diabetes. Show some compassion. The manager aplogized to the little girl and said next time throw your self on the ground in the movie and yell my blood sugar is too low call 911 and then I will shut off the movie. We all thought that was funny thing to do for the stupid guy. And am really glad that she is okay and didn't have to go to the hospital that night.
