VERY GOOD MOVIE!
It didnt impress me in two scenes:
~ Snapes Past Flashback
~ Sirius's Death
My friend neil (Arbox-X) went at 10:25 last night to our local theater to see harry potter.
The beginning was a lil mixed up cause what was suppose to happen at night, happened during the day...
At the house of black, I tried not to squeal like a lil school girl when snape's voice was herd...
Sorry, I'm a huge Serveus Snape fan as I'm sure a couple of my friends are as well, Hes a gorgeous teacher.
I'm a Slytherin/Deatheater and I'm proud of Snape being head of the Slytherin house.
Of course Lupin was with Sirius. -shivers- I've seen Yaoi art and read so many yaoi fics about them two...eww. Sirius is hot, but not with lupin...
Anyway, as the movie continued it started to become the darker as the reviews said it was. All the actors put on a amazing show.
Neil of course had to ridicule the dragon/horse skeletal creatures, I forgot their names. I thought they were beautiful, but neil called them "Creatures of the damned". Oh well, to each their own.
As soon as they got a clear shot of Snape, I had to contain myself, but I squealed a lil.
Alan rickman is a gorgeous man and I love him!
I know they wont be able to find anyone else to play snape like he can. He IS Snape!
I'm now in the process of a PG-13 or R HP fanfic that is centered around Snape.
But I'm obsessed with snape and I know in the final movie I'm going to cry. Not going to say why.
Luna Lovegood, sort of reminded me of a hippie, she seemed a bit burnt out...But such a adorable charecter. A bit different then I pictured her from the book. I loved how she kept blaming mystical creatures for snatching her things. She had a cute sense of style.
Cho...Haha, I hated her more than ever in this movie.
Snapes past flash-backs could of been longer, correct me if I'm wrong but, were they or were they not suppose to show a shot or two of snape and lilly talking and being around each other...or are they suppose to go into it more in the next film...
But they could of made it longer than 10 seconds. They picked a good young actor to play snape. I want to punch James in the face for what he did.
Snape was sort of like me in school, a outcast who got picked on though we tried to keep to ourselves.
Draco didnt have a big of a role. Thank god.
but his dad did, horray!
Lucius was as gorgeous as ever!!
Umbridge can go throw herself off of a cliff...I hated her. If I went to Hogworts I wouldnt of flew in and shot off fireworks to scare her, or fed her to the centaurs. I would of fixed a assasination attempt on her and not failed...Eww.
She reminded me of a few teachers from elementary and highschool crammed into one...-shivers-
Bellatrix was a amazing and gorgeous charecter. I was happy they got Helena Bonham Carter to play her, she brought bellatrix to life oh so well. Very beautiful!
Sirius's death was to short for my tastes. Bellatrix killed him and he fell into the veil but it could of been a bit more dramatic...They silenced out harry's screams so you just watched him open his mouth and no sound came out except for him sniffling and wimpering...But no scream.
I about cried when it happened cause over the past 3 movies you grew attached to sirius.
The movie all in all was amazing, Beautiful sounding soundtrack, lovelly CG work. Scenery was beautiful, of course its England so why wouldnt it be!?
The cast was amazing and did a excellent acting job on their roles, though some were bigger than others.
I suggest you ALL, go see The Order Of The Pheonix!
