I just got home from a summer intensive in Oberlin, OH. It was awesome! It's a ten day intensive where you dance from 8:45 am to 8 pm with breaks for lunch and dinner. One of my friends, Kenzie, went with me, and we had a blast! It was so nice to be with someone who knows about dance. And the teachers there are amazing. Marie Zvosec was definitely my favorite. She taught modern and jazz, and you could tell she understands what it feels like to dance. She kind of reminded me of Betsy in a way. And apparently Marie went to Juilliard. Well, I think I'm going to lay down since I've danced for over fifty hours during the past nine days (we didn't dance the first day), and I'm exhausted. But it was definitely worth it.
