I would have to say that my knee is the most unlucky part of my body this week.
Monday, I did my usual crawl through the easle forrest to get to my art shelf in the art room and, for some reason, I triggered an old sore spot that I haven't felt in a long time and had completely forgotten about until then. Its some old knee thing I have that usually acts up in long car rides or something that requires me to sit for long periods of time without the space to stretch and pop the sore joints. However, it also happens whn I'm tired and move too quickly. Its almost like pulling my knee out of place for a little while. I usually need to....walk around for a while or something.
Well, my knee was a little sore for most of the day and I figured that it would feel better by morning. However, that didn't turn out the way I'd hoped and I slept in my usual, strange way which just made it even more sore. So Tuesday was a little stiff, but otherwise, ok.
By Wedensday, though, I don't know how but I managed to end up sitting in one of the older desks where theres a metal thing under the front end in Math class. I somehow hit my knee on it about 4 times which sucked because I usually sit with one leg over the other when I'm in a desk and every time I tried to sit the way I like, BOMP, OUCH, PAIN. I hate it when that happens sweatdrop .
Thursday was, strangely enough, very good. My knee was feeling much better and DDR got the bloodflow working.
On Friday, though, ow. When we were in those damned morning 'meetings' in Graphics Communications, I grabbed the little stool that was there, which brought my knees to the table's height. We had to grab some random books on the table and when Nick slid one our way, it bounced off my knees. That didn't hurt as much as feel weird since it triggered that kick reflex and I almost fell out of my chair from the spaztic motion. Although my one lucky knee in particular began to feel a little sore again but in a slightly different way than the stiff feeling. I think I was hit by KC's book next and I finally decided to inspect why my knee was feeling so weird and I discovered that part of it turned purple from the abuse its had all week. I started laughing since it never really hurt enough to bug me and everyone else laughed at how shockingly purple it had turned within a matter of a few minutes. Of course, at this point it was the natural we're-bored-and-need-something-to-do-while-Mott-vomits-words and everyone decided to poke my knee saying "Does that hurt? Does that hurt?" Yeah, yeah it did. Fortunately, I shielded the bruise from the rest of the fingers and book edges for the rest of the meeting, granted that a few still managed to hit home.
I woke up this morning mostly because my knee was sore and I turned over a lot, trying to find a comfortable way to nap but I eventually gave up at 10 and crawled out of bed.
Only a few minutes go, I finally popped my knee and its feeling SO much better although still a bit stiff.
I figured my lucky little knee deserved some credit for the week 3nodding
AND I LOVE Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy. That was the best. I'm going to have to read the books because that was the most unique warp of reality I've known. Freakin sweet. Want more.
