Ok so this New Years I was in charge of making dessert for when the rest of my annoying lovely family comes for a New Years lunch/dinner. So, who doesn't like cake? I made a big chocolate two-layer cake (IT WAS ROUND!!) and set it out early while my parents got the champagne glasses and such ready.
Well, the cake was placed on the bar table next to the sink, where my mother was cleaning the cups. I am just strolling around, stealing samples of the food, when I hear a CRASH.
Fearing the worst, I rush to my mothers side and saw the champagne glass shattered all over the sink. Guess where else? All over the chocolate cake that took AT LEAST an hour to make! gonk
Whose fault was this? Moms MINES! She blamed me for setting the cake out too early!
Was that unfair or what? evil
