I know, it sounds crazy, and, it is in fact rather crazy.
They walk among us.. No, not like the lustful immortals from the Ann Rice books..
Much MUCH different from that.
There is this thing called The Atlanta Vampire Alliance
Associated with House Kheperu, They Aren't deathly allergic to the sun.. or garlic, or holy water, or, anything crazy like that.
And nah, They are not immortal... (that'd be cool tho)
It seems they become "vampire" through some sort of awakening..
I have yet to learn more about this but.. it does seem interesting..
It seems these people have a very strong need to feed on the blood of people.. In fact they live on it, They feed on doners (who willingly give them selfs to the house)
At least twice a week, and they follow this thing called "the black veil"
its err.. strange.. the way these people think..
they are not just goth, or role playing.. these people actually.. feed on the blood and flesh of others :S
