My father has this defibulator thing in attached to his heart along with a pacemaker thing, and when his heart rate goes up too high, it zaps him to bring it back down.
1 shock he needs to sit up and breathe slowly, 2 shocks call 911 immediately.
Well him and my sister were fighting (Yelling) on Thursday last week, and I was trying to calm him down in case he did get zapped. Well I was doing my homework (Shocker) and I kept going out of my room telling my dad to calm down and not to cuss and swear (for him to swear he has to get really really pissed off). Well I went back int my broom for the 3rd time and next thing I know I hear "911!!!!" from my dad on the top of the steps. And the moment I heard that I jumped off my bed and over the other (I have 2 beds, one for me, one for my brother when he comes for the weekends, he's in college) and my sister was screaming my name to get my there, of course I was there in less then a heartbeat. And I see my dad sitting upright on the 3rd to the top step. And then I see him laying down, face up, sliding down the stairs really slowly, getting shocked for the third time. I jumped over him and clearing like 8 steps (Luckily I didn't trip) and ran into the kitchen to get cold water for him to sip. I ran back to the steps as fast I could, water all down my arm, and Is aw him sitting upright again. And my sister was still freaking out trying to get the ambulance directions to our house. When they got there they took some tests on my father, and my mom got home from work, and my dads best friends wife was there (first one) then my mother, then my mothers aunt Karen, and then my grandma. Then my mother took my dad into the hospital just in case, and when they realized my father was shocked 3 times, he should have died. But he's still here thank god.
