I really want to know something has smoking just become a general past time. The way you see people just smoking all over the place it seems to just become another thing to chec off on your daily "To Do" List. You can walk on the street anywhere in Toronto and see someone smoking or a person that smokes but just not at the moment. What is the big hype over just like thousands of others).

It all comes down to that its up to you.smoking I even see high school students wearing them around their bodies or twiddling them between their fingers as if it is the latest fashion statement. Is smoking used for relief of stress, to look good, or is smoking just a way to make you stand out from the rest (even though your just like thousands of others)

Whats the whole point over the excuse I'll die sooner or later. Well I want you to say that to your daughter a week before she graduates from university and you die because you've horribly damged your lungs. Why don't you use that excuse when your son dies due to the fact that you've given him a disease while you there still living. Will that excuse help you for the rest of your life. Wouldn't just one precious extra day on life with your family friends be great or do you want to die alone old withering and smelling as bad as ever due to smoking 2 packs a day.

This is just my ranting and raving but for those who read this why become a smoker? If you are a smoker do you have that " who cares" attitude? If so why right now is great but don't you want your future to be great to?

In the end the choice to smoke or not to smoke is up to you but don't always think about now because soon or later now will be the distant future you thought so far away and who knows where you will be. You can be sick and lonely or sick and happy. But why be sick at all, I'm just saying don't wait fo rthat miracle surgery to come and save your life when you can save yourself now.
