Reason: Utter stupidity on my part
Solution: Refusing to move from this rollie chair for awhile

Well my grand scheme of baking 48 cookies has ended with a grand total of 23 1/2. What happened? Hmmm, let's see.....first I used too much dough to lay out the first dozen, quickly solved with an ice cream scoop. Then, after waiting (40 minutes) for the first 27 to bake, I burned 14 1/2 to a crisp (then had to scrape off the pan; my dogs are now feasting on the crumbs I missed) and tore one apart on accident, leaving 11. After pulling out ANOTHER baking sheet to finish baking the last 12, I stood barefoot for 20 damn minutes to finish washing the dishes, hence this rather odd and boring journal entry *sighs* great, now I'm hungry AND bored.
I think I'll go make soup. domokun
