Yes, another entry after not even five minutes. i'm posting the first chapter of little precious up on here, just.. because, i guess. i'm working on skylight door, but i might just... let it rot, because my friends don't think it's a good idea for a Story. well, here goes:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The cold knawd at the tender flesh, bare save for a thin silken kimono which was already half off, the poor little one to tired and weak to move it about him again. His soft cheeks were flushed with fever, his labored breathing seen in the cold winter air. he had evaded frostbite only by stealing boots from the one he had escaped from, and positioning his body in the correct way in the snow when he had fallen. his ankle trobbed in pain, the fracture in the bone stabing at his muscles and tissues, causing the overwhelming pain to sear through his entire body.
Death was near. he could feel it inside him. His body was shutting down, it was getting so much harder to breathe now; But suddenly, out of no where(or so he thought, since he hadn't really been paying close attention to his suroundings in the first place) warmth overtook his frail, dying body. He made out the shape of arms, curling about him with a blanket to warm him. Then they began to move. His eyes were closed, but he knew they were moving. he then heard a gentle, quiet voice whisper against his ear:
"Sleep, little precious. You are safe."
with thoes gentle words the child's mind slipped into unconciousness, and his body falling limp in the other's arms, which held him warm while he played in his dreams.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sky coloured eyes slipped open slowly, th beautiful light blue orbs shifting about to observe the quiet room he appeared to be housed in. he felt the preasure of blankets, then even more. there was something across his chest. something thin but heavy none-the-less since the poor boy was still weak. An arm. he nearly screamed then realized that he recognized the arm. the ones he had felt when he was carried to safety.
The head poking out of the coveres was black haired, the skin on the person deathly pale, and the child found it inviting. he turrned onto his side carefuly, making a quiet noise of pain as bruises were pressed on. he moved against the warm body beside him, the comfort coming from it bringing him bliss and finaly some happiness.
"you have awoken."the voice in his ear again chimed as warm breath cascaded along the curves of the boy's ear and down his thin neck like water down a waterfall. The gentle sensation coaxed and small pleasurable flinch from the little one, and he smiled for the first time in a long, long while. the soft arms encircled him again, and the smile only increased in meaning.
"Such a beauty left out in that cold snow.. what were you doing out there, little precious?"The new voice questioned with a gentle, almsot motherly tone; pale violet eyes staring down at the child with so much emotion within them the orbs had physicly clouded.
The boy did not reply right away, a little bit overwhelmed as so what exactly was happening. he wanted an easier question. What had he been doing outside in the snow? his first thought was escape. No. That wasn't right. Death? No, not that either. Perhaps, he reasoned with himself, that he was driven away by his own heart. He wasn't going to stay there anymore. His heart didn't want him to. so he left. Such a difficault question for such a small, confused boy.
"alright, little precious, your name, perhaps?"he voice asked, the warm breath easing it's way across his ear and neck again.
That he could do.he loved his name very much, though he found no true point in names. he liked the petnames better than anything. Such as dear or hun, or even the ones given to others in relationships that are often unique like a special nickname only one person knows. In this case his 'petname', he considered, could be what the man had first adressed him as: 'Little precious'.
"Sora..."he finaly stated with a quiet, feminine voice. Just the stating of the name caused a smile to spread across the older man's lips. Nodding, he gave little sora a soft nuzzle with his nose on the boy's forhead.
"Sora... it suits you very well, lovely. Your eyes are the colour of what your name suggests."he said softly"if not brighter"he then added with a quiet voice. Sora blushed slightly, his pale cheeks turning pink as he was nuzzled again.
"My little precious.. you're mine now... if you'd rather stay here with me than out in the cold, that is"he said softly, the warm arms trailing their way about the boy's back slowly, pulling him ever closer. He nodded, eyes closing happily at the comfort and warmth this man gave. Another smile spread across his lips, and he breathed gently out aainst sora's neck and shoulder, cuasing a small shudder.
"Lovely. Shall we get you some proper clothing?"he asked while pulling back a bit and looking at him. Sora paused, then shook his head. he didn't want to be away from the arms yet, weather he was bare or not. The man nodded, looking rather satisfied with the answer. He gave sora another kiss, and stroaked up his back gently.
"your name.."sora whispered against the man's chest, which was just as bare as his own, though the other had pants on."i don't know it yet..."he closed his eyes, nuzzling his face into the nape of the man's neck, feeling safe in that position.
"That is for another time, my little precious. Another time."he whispered, reaching up and stroaking his hair gently, singing him a song to help him sleep.
And that was what Sora did once more; Sleep. He was accustomed to songs, yes, he sang them quite often, but this song was so gentle, and the hand agaisnt his soft chocolate brown hair caused him to feel so tired. He fell asleep without hesitation or any sort of argument, slipping away into his dreams.
