Unfulfilled hopes part 1
There lies a story of two lovers in this life. Two young people who fell madly in love after there school years even if they never showed it to one another but realized when it was all to late.
Jeff and Hannah were two highschool students who just started their freshman year. Both did not know eachother at the time but over the years became friends. Every now and then they would have an argument over random things like who likes who and who said what about who and when. But after the day was over they were friends again and this continued on for the entire year. But each passing both started to grow feelings for eachother feelings that made them like one another more than just a friend.
Neither one knew that the other liked eachother and in their sophomore year they started talking less and less hoping that the other wouldnt find out. But every chance they had seemed as if the other couldnt think of what to say. They would just sit by eachother in complete silence hoping that they wouldnt say anything stupid s the other would find out for they feared that it would mess up their relationship as friends. They gained new friends then started seeing less and less of eachother now but with the feelings for one another still growing even more. Then on the coming days of NYB neither of them had anyone to go with. But during lunch as they saw eachother Jeff had walked up to Hannah to see if she was going with anyone, Hannah was silent for just a moment but as soon as she was about to answer another girl had walked up to ask Jeff if he wanted to go with her.
As Hannah looked at Jeff she becamed nervous and told him that she had someone to go with. Jeff slowly turned away to the other girl in disappointment and told the other girl he would go at that time Hannah had no regret that she said no and lied to him but it was too late. Jeff walked away with the girl and out of the classroom door leaving Hannah all alone in the silent room. Days gone by the NYB came up Hannah still felt guilty for lying to Jeff and wanted to see him badly so she went that night to see Jeff. She looked everywhere for him but didnt see him at all and she got worried. Then she sighed in relief when she saw the girl who had asked Jeff and quickly went up to her to ask where Jeff was. The girl had said "Jeff didnt want to go and he changed his mind at the last minute he said that there was someone else he wanted to go with but couldnt ask her since she said she had someone else" Hannah looked at the girl in shock "r-really....he actually said that" she asked "yah so he told me he'd rather stay home all alone rather than go with someone that he didnt like....that jerk he leaves me for someone who's already taken...ugh i dont know who it was but i'd feel sorry for her if she found out what a jerk he was." Hannah felt hurt inside when she thought about what the girl had just told her so she told the girl to shut up and left the NYB to go and look for Jeff.........
