When no one else what there
When no one else seemed to care
When I was crying and all alone
You were there whether I wanted you there or not
You knew me so well I couldn’t lie even if i wanted to

When I needed some fun in my life you were always there
Made me take chances
Telling me I was too serious
You got me dirty
You made me sassy
You did crazy things just for me
Cuse you’re my best friend

Looking back I used to think I was there for you
But boy was I ever wrong
You got me through so much
So many important things
And now that you live so many miles away
I enjoy just the thought of talking to you again

Thanks to you I’m who I am
I know what I can do
Because you pushed me to the limit (thanks a lot )
Writing this just for you
Tells you how important you are to me
No matter what
I swear on our friendship
That you are my best friend in the whole entire universe
