Finally the halloween event came to an end, and with it the war between humans and vampires. I must say that by far that was the greatest event I had participated in Gaia, and also that I had much fun.
From the usual balls and cheap threads we always see to the war-like battleground threads where anyone could be owned in half a second, and mostly did at one point or another, fun came within.
I'd say the abilities we received were astray, if we could suck two points of hp as vampires, the humans could by the same price turn a vampire to ashes instantly. Sometimes one advantage is a disadvantage. Many rumbling over that discrepancy. Many, many, many. But oh well, we could heal ourselves and attack at the same time! The humans couldn't do anything near it!
The conclusion to the event was interesting, Louie taking the lead of the vampires, as foresaw Icy Kitty in the ball, we're free to decide whether we remain at our sides or turn to the other, in my case, I'm staying as a vampire probably to the end of my stay at Gaia, there are great memories in that skin. Anyways I've got my Superior Form.
Though at the end I found a thread where people ranted ad flamed over the event being too short, man we had about 6 days to conclude it, a great number of gaians took the maximum prize at 250 points on both sides of the war, and one guy at this thread says he was one weak attack (1 point) from 250 as the event ended. Sorry if you had no time, dear, when I play RO and lose the 2x Exp time, the time doesn't adheres to my account until i finish 2 weeks of nonstop play. Life doesn't go that way. Others there said the event was rigged. What they wanted? Vampires running Gaia, while humanity would be extinct? Oh hey, not bad... Uh, from what we'd drink blood? Rats?
Ok, excuse me for the mentioning of a small comment inside Interview With The Vampire, which, by the way, is one hell out of a trilogy, go read them, folks.
Rigged the event wasn't, as far as I know, there was never a count until the victory, there was only the personal count.
Out of wars the candy chase was on, be it on Towns or at the shops, we could get our hands on 8 Jack's brand 2007 model items. As many times as we'd like, to me, 4 sets whole. Hurray. I still dunno if I should sell them. We'll see in a few months.

And to Icy Kitty that discussed politics. ... J/k, though maybe you can say that really.
Soon comes my birthday and christmas. any expectatives to what comes this year.
Even though we can assume there will be carols as always, there are no Zurg around. And no Santa Cows.
