It all began when I made port to Provoka. I met a few people, many who captured my interest and would become well-known colleagues. I read into the island, and I began recording the things around me. The island was home to many things, as all islands are. In particular, this Isle was home to a small group of self-governing pirates, who would mostly remain at base or aloof (depending on their position of employment/stature) and occasionally would plan raids on the mainland. After spending some time there, I boated about and found myself a safe haven for my needs.
All good things come to an end. The Provokan Isle slowly became a quaint ghost town, drenched in rain and clouds, and suffocated in the afternoon dusk. Things became rundown, and the people there were less and less seen. I took sail away from that place, only to find the mainland changed. Different ideals, concepts, needs. Change. I didn't like it. So I went back to Provoka, and set sail to rid the Isle of the dusk. Myere joined me, and this tale has yet to meet its conclusion. It will probably end openly, as if we never will return to the Isle...
