One day there was a little baby born. Her name was Michelle and her parents died when she was 4 when they were killed by demons. She lived in a village until a group of men took her. They raised her and treated her badly. They made her be a slave and do task that were really hard. Between these years that she was kept prisoner and enslaved she met a demon boy named Kaito. He was very kind to her and helped her threw this hard time but he could do nothing more than help her deal with her pain. When she turned 16 she caught the eyes of the leader. He wanted to marry her but she did not feel that way for him and decline. Then he realized that she was falling for kaito and ordered him to be killed.
As they were together one night on a full moon kaito gave her a stuff animal to her as a present. He knew it might be the last time they might see each other but all he wanted was for Michelle to be free. As they heard the leader come they tried to out run the group they came to a edge of a cliff where an river laid beneath them. The leader was full of rage and attacked both of them. In order to save Michelle, he pushed her down and that was the last time she saw him again.
The next day when she woke up she was in a village. The villagers found her in bad condition and tended to her. They gave her new clothes and let her stay for a while. Michelle felt empty. She remembered Kaito and wanted to see him again. Every night she cried until she came across a lady that saw her sadness. She advise her to make a choice to make her self happy. What ever choice Michelle chooses she needs to believe it in her heart. So she stopped mopping and went to see if the fort where the men stayed were still there. Then she discovered they moved to a different location. Now she wanted to find Kaito no matter what and started traveling to find him. On her journey foxes accompanied her and she hopes one day their paths meet and they could be together.
