THE STORY

This is a story about a girl who finds her true power and needs to get it under control before she destroys the world...

Candi walked past the Daily Newspaper stand when she noticed the headline. " Missing Girl Found By 10month Old Baby."

"How interesting...,"Candi thought. She payed the man standing behind the stand
and grabbed a newspaper. She read more," Eleven year old Milly Hondu was found unconcious by a couch in the 7year old warehouse, by a young baby that was crawling around. The baby's mom, Laurince Welder, said,' My baby had crawled away from the pillow it was sleeping on, I was frantically searching for her when I found Milly. Her mother was my first daughter's friend's parent's college teacher when they were younger, so i knew that she was the girl everyone was looking for.' When asked why her baby was at the warehouse in the first place, Laurince answered,' She's a baby and i don't have enough money for a babysitter. I had to take her with me!!"

Candi stopped reading. She looked up from where she had been reading. A bench near her favorite park. "Wow a mother's mistake leads to a missing girl finding...," she thought. She got up and walked to the park's ice cream stand.

" I'll take the usual Bill, " she said. Bill was the ice cream stand's vender, and she had been there nearly 100 times.
"What's the usual?," a man, not Bill, turned and asked. Candi stared. He looked so familiar..... The newspaper! That was it! He was in the newspaper. Uh-oh... He was there.... on the wanted list!!!! Candi turned and ran. She heard the ice cream stand door open and slam shut. He was after her. Why? She thought, " why me?"

She ran and ran until it seemed she was going as fast as a lightning strike. Finally, thinking she lost him, she slowed to a stop. The streets were lined with people, unfamiliar people. Where was she? This didn't seem like her home town in New Jersey. She turned and asked somebody where she was.

They answered," Why New York of course!"
