i've got a faint idea that i want to go into the culinary career and that i would like to own my own business( restaurant or cafe of some sort) but i'm not sure which options i should take.
i have to take english,maths, 1 or more science(biology,physics chemistry) religious education.
1 or more language (Spanish or french or both) history or geog,1 dt choice(food tech,catering, electronics,resistant materials,graphis ,accurate freehand,textile,fashion design,. and i can also take ict,businness studies,personal social health education, music
i have no idea what to take!!!
