depressing poetry...
pretty much poems thas bout it
disguise
Its funny how a family can seem so great from the outside.
The mom and dad look and seem to love their children, but then when they're at home and the doors close....all hell breaks loose.

The parents always brag to their adult friends how they keep all the traditions and how they act like a real family.
They say they eat together every night, the children are great....perfect grades, perfect attitudes.....but really...they have no idea.

They have no idea that the kids eat alone and make their own food or eat leftovers. That they rarely even speak to eachother if the parents arn't yelling at them.

The kids are always looking for attention, and the teens are angry, and depressed....always getting into trouble. Their grades slipping, not being as social, spending more and more time alone couped up in their room, trying to forget the pain they feel and move on.

All their friends wondering whats wrong or thinking that they are just being dramatic.
Only one or two of their closest friends, if any, know whats really going on at home.

Their parents going through their personal thoughts and jornals, as if it's their right. Taking advantage of the thought that most teens won't run away, or leave forever no matter how many times they've threatined to.

But what the parents don't know....is that they are just waiting for that perfect moment.

That they are planning their escape from this hell

Every second, of every day

and that day is coming very soon
