I really like the Series of Unfortunate Events books, although they aren't exactly uplifting. confused I just saw the movie- I know, it came out quite a while ago- and I think it was done pretty well. It doesn't seem to be set up for a sequel, which is really to bad. I think the major sticking point for me with this movie was that I think the mystery of the Baudelaire parent's death, and of Olaf should have been discovered over time. The mystery is not exactly a simple one, if you ask me, and the way it unfolded throughout the books, I liked that a lot. To have it squished into the end of this one, I didn't like that. There should have been a sequel.
Maybe I'm just misinformed though and there will be. Does anyone out there know? Hmmm... Wait no one's reading this. Okay, never mind. xp

I don't like how it's squished in there like there isn't any sequel either.
But since there are going to be twelve books, there going to need to make three more.
And if they don't...I nag them till they alll bleed.
Or at least write letters and say make a sequel.
