I had the worst dream last night!

I was with a group of friends, and some people I didn't know. I remember weird things, like how my name was Aoru, or how it was like a video game, where I could see the map in the corner of a screen.
So I could feel everything, the coldness, I could smell the smells of mildew, it was awful. I was going on a trip, to extinguish an ultimate evil. We were split into two groups. I went with one woman, the rest took another direction. There were no weapons, no monsters, anything like that. It was just soundless, aside from occassional drip and/or a word to my partner. It was wet, and dark brown, falling apart, it was like a cave, but we were in a house or something.
We eventually reached one point where we were attacked by something and tried to run. We ran through what resembled a theme park, and got stuck in a river area with floatys. I remember seeing her drop off of our floaty thing and drown at the bottom of the river thing, and only I escaped that escapade alive... cause... yeah... she was the only one who came with me.
Next, I reached the place I was trying to get to on the map, and I was supposed to get there after everyone else had gotten there cause of course, my path was the longer path. I looked around the room I was in, but I noticed, that this place actually was like a house. I looked on my map and saw one purple dot coming my way from a distance, and I was sure it was the group, so I just waited and kept looking around. While looking, I found a gray cat.
It just looked at me and hid. I went back upstairs, and there was a family sitting down to eat, they kindly invited me. Now I wasn't dumb, I knew something was wrong, so I just played along, sitting down at the table, watching my map. Yellow dots and more purple dots were coming my way. When a dot reached the map, I looked and there was 2 cats just stairing at me, but there was something terrifying about them.
I looked at the doors, and more and more of them started to gather. I panicked slightly in my seat and stood up. The family was no longer there, the table was no longer there, the house was not there, it was the cave setting again. The purple dot I had been looking at in the first place had arrived, and more cats stood where that dot was. I turned to walk through a path that wasn't blocked by cats, but they launched at me, hissing!
I was being engulfed by cats! Literally! They began to eat me alive right there, I could feel their sharp teeth, their claws, and they seemed to be laughing as I collapsed, my eyes glazing over! Oh my god it was creepy as hell!!!!!!
