Training Regiment (What Skold gos under behind the stories.)
For those who want to know, yes we do have real training. Training regiments we follow. So moving on.
Here's what training includes.
-25mi. run around the territory
-50mi. of flight around the place
- light aerial combat (Use of small beams, balls of energy)
- heavy aerial combat (All out fighting restricted to only non-lethal blows)
- Heavy and light sparring on the ground (All members)
- Fighting with weights tied to body, light weights first, then heavy as possible.(Slow attacks)
- Chess battles (strategy purpose)
That's the basics, it can range in length of time from 3hrs. to 8hrs. depending on how much of it we do each day. And if you think this is easy, try stopping a punch you throw with a 50lb. weight attached to your arm.
