He crated their foot soldiers 'the Nagual' that patrols the city with them. Otto is sometime in his own little world and Gibson will have to smack him at the back of his head to bring him back to the real world. He is alway the one to get pick on from everyone mines Antauri and takes it hard. His saws are missing few teeth and it's jagit so when he rip though flash it's not a clean cut. Otto will sometime bump into Mandarin when he is on patrol but never gets to far because ether Sparks, Chiro or the Nagual is flying by and Mandarin runs off.
