Right, this is going to be my first rant. In school today i was in art and at the moment we are designing a band poster. So i decided to use tempera powder (green) and mix it with some PVA glue and water and then coat my A2 piece of paper in it, hoping it would kinda glaze it. My friends who sat on my table asked me what i was doing so i told them what i was doing and i said i was experimenting and they said okay cool. Then my teacher said do you think this is a social gathering? All you are doing is splashing paint onto paper and talking. This isnt a youth club its an at lesson. To be fair i was actually doing my work. I had planned to do that. I knew that that lesson, i was going to make a background. But when he asked me what i was doing i said i was trying to make a background for the poster i just didnt want an object as the background as i feel that it would make my poster look cluttered so i was opting for like a gradiated background and he just said i was messing around. Actually, im not, but if i was a sensitive student that could have really hurt me. I mean i was doing my work and said it was a mess and that i was messing around. Well thats my rant xD have a good day
