Today was the deadline for my black and white drawing final. I managed to turn it in five minutes after the time it was due, but my teacher doesn't care much about small things like that. It was mostly because I had to walk halfway across the school to add the final fixative because it was sprinkling outside.
The drawing itself was challenging, mainly because I chose to draw my very detailed dragon statues. It turned out great. Charcoal is hard to blend. You can blend it well within about an inch if you used a lot, but it fades to a faint color, especially on a midtone paper.
