On June 24th, 2006, I created my first Gaia account. Back then, I had almost no idea what Gaia was, and I never would have guessed that I would still use it in two years time. Thinking of how long I've been here reminds me of things I have lost, things I have gained. In these two years, I have made many great friends (and got two of my school friends to join Gaia), and lost many, including the first two I ever made on Gaia... I've made my share of dumb mistakes, like when I was scammed out of a yeti... I've accumulated somewhere between 500 and 700 thousand gold in gold and items. I don't know the exact amount due to the fact that the Tektek tool doesn't work with my browser...I've done some pretty smart things, like buying a coco back when it was only 100 thousand gold and using the marketplace to my advantage... I found two of the best threads that ever were, and I wish they were still running, and that I still had all of the friends I made in them... I know. I must sound like such a dork, but I enjoy reminiscing, and I can honestly say I miss the way things used to be.
