- Gaia already has Towns and every game minus Word Bump. Plus Cinemas, VJ and a FORUM that revolves around TALKING. Towns is pretty much the Gaia IM system anyway. All there is to do in Towns is talk and collect bugs/trash. Hm... Instant talking on Gaia. Now what does THAT sound like?
Cybering would be harder to control. It's already a problem as of now, I'd hate to see what would happen if they allowed private instant chat rooms. Talk about impossible to moderate.
AIM, YIM, MSN and a plethora of other IM systems are free in every way. AIM even has "express" for those of you who can't download programs.
Making a system specifically for instant messaging on Gaia would be a waste of time since we already have at LEAST seven instant chatting devices, plus PMs and the Forum (which is nothing but talking).
I think Gaia making a specific IM system is a waste of time, server space and the money I put into this website.
