Invisible

I speak for the children, who have no words,
the children who cannot fight.
Those who die young.
Children who cannot escape.
Who have been raped.
Who are being killed at an alarming rate.
Children invisible to people who can help.
No one can see their plight.
Their fight is invisible to our eyes.

Today in Africa children are dying, disappearing, being raped and made to kill others. Children who are the most sacred of all things are being shown the dark side of the world and they cannot find any escapes. Let us help them, let us give them some relief. Help the children of Uganda. Send money, food, and clothes. Do your part to stop this dangerous injustice. Can these kids afford for you to sit on the sidelines. I ask you to look into your heart and do what you can for those who cannot do for themselves. Who do not have protectors. Open your eyes to what was previously unseen. Open your hearts and your ears. Listen to the out cry of the children. Then ask your selves: What if these were my kids? What if I were them?
