Well, it's back to work at good ol' EB Games for me and I'm doing pretty awesome in the sales department so far. I've beaten Mary in sales of basically everything and our promotions so far, and I hope to continue doing it.

I'm living at my parents house during most of the week and tomorrow I'll be heading back up to the apartment in Deland so I can get more stuff packed and so I can sell my extra TV to Blake. I'll spend the next couple nights there so I can get recordings done for projects and series', as well as just relaxing with my music and my instruments. Then it's back home for more EB goodness while I continue to look for an apartment for Monica and me.

The saddest part is that I found The Perfect for the two of us. It's right on the Indian River on Merritt Island and the apartments are absolutely gorgeous. They're super pricey though, but not too bad considering an 1100 sq. ft apartment is going to cost me about $900 per month. However, that doesn't include my utilities and the extra $75 for having a porch with a sunset view of the river...Gord, it's amazing there. The contract for the place says you have to make three times the apartment's cost per month though, so...

I don't know what I'm going to do. I want Need here here more than even I think she realises, but it's just not happening no matter how much I work my a** off. If I was ASM at EB, I'd be able to afford it too. However, Mary is giving me her standard bullshit excuses despite my doing everything in my power to please her and get amazing figures for her so she'll look good. I need to pray we get the VPN system at the store so I can start sending emails to Matt about how I'm willing to do anything for the position and about how dedicated I am. It's still a long, hard road to the prize right now...

On a brighter note, I had some wocked awesome fun last night on GAIA for the first time in a long time. We'll all have to do it again soon. biggrin
