As he ran!
Tup! Tup! Kilane, turned his head to see, if anyone was following him. "Did they notice me?" he thaught to himself. He carried on running, his wooden sandals were starting to rub; but Kilane knew that if he stopped, the whole world may be en-dangered. You may think that such a trivial thing such as to stop, would cause such a catastrophic result. But due to thew large scoll, tucked under his arm, trust me, it was possible! His head turned once again, to see if anyone was following him. The screams of his fellow villagers reverbed around his racing mind as he carried on running, as fast as he could. Tup! 'tup' Tup! 'tup' Tup! 'tup' Tup! 'tup' Kilan was sure that he heard another set of foot steps near him. was he right, or was he imagining things? He turned around, just to make sure. No one was there. "Whew!" he murmered to himself. Tup! 'tup' Tup! 'tup' Tup! 'tup' Tup! 'tup' He heard it again. He quickly turned his head; and there, he saw it, he swore he saw it....did he? A dark sillouhette of a creature, a puppet, not of the kind, made of wood, with a human hand, moving the strings behind the scenes, no, not human hands anyway. This was the kind of puppet that you rarely saw, even in the wilderness, near Kilane's village, or once was village, now all it was, was a burning wreck, smouldering on the gruond from wenths the recources to build it came. He turned around once more, he saw it, again, but this time it was bigger, was it somehow growing? Wait, no, this was no puppet evoultion growth problem, this was a mere perspective problem.....it was getting closer!
