Timmy: No! Don't come in here! It might not be safe... plus, I drank six glasses of water before bed, and I just got mighty scared, soooo... I think we're gonna need a new quilt...
Timmy: Yeah... sorry, Doc... gonna need a new carpet, too. And some new wallpaper.
Timmy: It's my natural defense against predatory animals!
Timmy: I dunno, I'm mighty traumatized right now...

Timmy: Goodnight... forever...

Timmy: It beckons... it draws us into the... YEEP! ...depths of madness.
Timmy: The hungry soil of Gaia shall be nourished with the blood of the innocent. The evil thing shall spare no one. Jeepers!
Timmy: I see... a forest of bones...
Timmy: I gotta lie down, Doc. The visions... they're horrible...

WhatI notice is the repetition of 'the evil thing'. Also, his description of it 'scurrying',it's inablility to climb, it's desire to bite, and his repeated use of 'critter', 'thing', and 'animal' suggest that ET is not very humanoid, if at all.
Also, knowing Timmy ate corpses while under it's control, ET trying to bite him, and Timmy going on about 'devouring', ET likes human flesh. and it's hungry.
the comments about 'a forest of bones' and 'hungry soil' might suggest that whatever ET is, it hs some connection with the earth, does it burrow? (BRAIN MOLE FTW! XD), or is it plantlike in some way?
