So summer has finally begun!!! I just came back from orientation for college and I AM PUMPED! It's going to be fun! I'm taking a music class every weekday and I have choir practice every other day for TWO HOURS!!!! And with people who actually KNOW what they're doing. You know, in high school, middle school, etc... you always had those people who didn't care and didn't try as hard to make things sound good as you did, so you often found yourself VERY frustrated and tired of working with unresponsive people that you'd just want to quit so early. In college EVERYONE'S cool!!! I mean, you won't be in a choir just to be in it. It's a waste of time and money so only music majors would join ensembles. AND THERES SO MUCH TO DO!! As I was looking through the catalog, I found a huge mess of music ensembles that played anything from new age to middle eastern music, so it was definitely awesome! I wanted to join so many more, but I would get carried away and find myself biting more than I can chew. xd Anyway, I'm really excited about starting school! That and I'm writing a song. I'm almost finished with it, actually I'm working on it as I write. It's a pretty cool techno song, but I'm still debating on whether I should showcase it or not, I mean, it's my first and it may suck big time. I need the opinion of my Galactic Guy, but I promised myself that I wouldn't show it to anyone until it was completed. Well, I better get to work and get to coloring my hair. My roots are showing like crazy... LOL blaugh
