Tiger's first day of skool
*sobs* I wish it was still su-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-ummer!!! gonk I'm trying to cheer myself up by listening to my absolute favorite song ever ^_^' All Star... I dun know, it always get's me in a really good mood... that and Dive In by Christy Carlson Romano...
ANYWAY!!! First things first, I wanted to get there early, to avoid the first day traffic of freshmen parents who don't know what they're doing yet... So, I got up at 6:40 am... Do you realize that I stayed up later than that over the summer??? Anyway... so, no, I don't drive yet, so I'm watching the freshmen arrive... and I can already tell it's going to be a fun year... stare I swear, if those little snot-nosed brats moved any slower, they'd be going backwards. ANYWAY! (wow... I think I use that word too much)... but got in, and went on a quest to find ANY of my friends... succeeded in finding Karen, who then found Emily... then, I found Sa-chan, who was looking for Becca, so I went on a quest with her... we found her with Mr. Dotterer, my stats teacher... "Uncle Kevin" to Becca-chan blaugh Talked for a while, and I came very close to yelling out in the hallway "SENIOR! COMING THROUGH!" and pushing them all out of my way stare
SO! We went to HR, I have Mr. Gazauskas (he's so adorable! 4laugh ), who gave us our schedules, and mine was right! Miracles never cease! We also had little bottles of water, with a cup-holder-type-thingy-ma-bob that said "AHS SENIOR 06" on it in the shape of a football Jersey... cause sports are aaaaallllllllllllllllllllllll that matter stare Anyway, I digress. The original 30-45 minute HR turned into a 2 HOUR HR!!! Why you may ask? Well, because half of the Freshmen didn't have a HR, or a schedule! rofl Little joke there... Well, I got a lot of reading done. Voted for Sr. HR President... *sigh* Didn't want the winner to win, but oh well -.-; Got a locker. Found out that I get free parking mrgreen Then, 1st period!
1st period A day is AP Stats with Mr. Dotterer. I've had him before. I'm in class with Becca, Sa-chan, and Emily, so YAY!!! ^o^ I know people!! And actually like them!!!!! surprised He just went through the rules... yadda yadda yadda (ooh... yadda ish fun to tyyyyype @.@). Um... That's about it.
2A is English 12 AP with Ms. Layton... Emily is in my class... Woo-hoo. Um... not sure on her yet. We already have a writing assignment...
3 is yearbook... which I found out is NOT, in fact, a BS class... It will require WORK, and a bunch of permission slips and sweatdrop Didn't realize that... Have Ms. Fairbrother... She is so sweet! heart Cannot get any respect from anyone, but... sweatdrop I have B lunch... Karen is in it, and Sa-chan and Emily are in it every other day ^_^ Yay!
4A is Peer Helper... WHAT A FUN CLASS TODAY! We did... absolutely nothing, since we've not yet been assigned a teacher to help ^^;; Ms. Howe (the organizer) had to go to the freshmen assembly thing... so we went to Ms. Prickette's room where we colored, counted, and played with a hot glue gun! surprised What fun!!! 4laugh
So then, school is over. And, Jefer isn't taking me home, cause of gas prices. So, that means a bus ride... I waited a freakin hour for the bus to come for a 15 minute ride stare And the woman didn't know where I lived (new driver)... because GOD FORBID you ride the bus in the afternoon, but not the morning... well, can't complain too much... I did get home at least. OH! And there was a sign on the bus: "DRIVERS! Before you leave the bus, check for sleeping students" rofl I dun know, but I found that hysterical.
Let's see... anything else? OH! They moved all the teacher's rooms around, so I felt like a newbie... *mumbles evilly* And Ms. Howard got married! She's now Mrs. Eury(?)... I have her next semester, and I had her last year, and she will always be Ms. Howard to me... so I'm going to be like: "Mrs. How-- Eur-- MRS FORMER HOWARD!!! I NEED SOME HELP!!!" lol biggrin ... Yeah, I know... I'm pathetic sweatdrop
Well, This entry isn't over... check back tomorrow, for the SECOND day of school... where I'll have MORE DIFFERENT classes!!
~~TigerTiger's second (but sorta first) day of skoolLet's see... let's see... B day started out in Mr. Hudgin's Gov't class... He freakin' rocks! He started the day by saying "I've heard what the students say about my class... it's either Neverland, or the deepest darkest pit of Hell..." So, I was sort of like "Erm... sweatdrop " But then, he let us watch a DVD of the Eafles! Hotel Claifornia! ONE OF MY FAVORITE SONGS EVER!! Anyway, then he went over all the classroom rules... same old, same old... called the freshmen "those short little maggots" rofl Blah blah blah... AP class... prepare for college, blah blah blah... Anyway, then he started to talk about our Senior class... and he said "They (meaning seniors) can lead the freshmen up the mountin, or off a cliff..." And I turned to Emily and said: "Oooh! I wanna lead the freshmen off a cliff!" So, he let us then watch some more of the Eagles DVD.
Then, HR... BORING! Nothing interesting to report.
2B: Media assistant... I checked out a book! surprised Wow! AND CHECKED ONE IN!!! Organized magazines, met some new people... boring.
3: Yearbook... so not a BS class, as I said before... today, I organized folders! surprised With a Freshman! But she was sweet, so it's OK ^_^
4B: YAY!!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!! *jumps up and down* Teacher Cadet 2! I feel so smart! I was looking forward to this class all day, and it finally came! Mrs Ratchford is my favoritist teacher ever! -^_^- She read the same story last year, about how teachers can make a huge differencs (it is sad sad ) and she started to cry! Then, she let TC1s do a work sheet thing, and talked to us four TC2s... We have to write a puppet show (2, actually), Make a game, work on our portfolios, and something else, but I remember we had four things to do... But I'm so happy! And I might become Mrs. Ratchford's peer helper! Yay! Then, I'll have her 4A and 4B ALL YEAR! Sorry, but she's just my favorite teacher, and has been since I had her for 9th grade English. Plus, she lives in my neighborhood, and I've taken care of her cat for 2 summers now ^_^
So, finally: Bus. Almost an hour, I had to wait. But Katie from Russia was back! So I wasn't alone! It's also when I decided that 2/3 of the freshmen suck. Cause 2 freshmen started talking to me, not realizing I was a senior (bad mouthing seniors... I almost smacked his mouth... stare ). Actually, it started when they tapped me on the shoulder and said "Hey! See that boy? He likes you!" Uh-huh... suuuuure. That is so middle school, and wasn't even funny then. So, I 'talked' with him (only cause he was in our little group), and... well, I hate the bus. So, why am I telling you about something I hate? *shrugs* I'unno.
Anyway! Tiger's school, if you are interested. You'll figure out where I live, but eh *shrugs*
Anyway! Erm... That's all! ^_^ Tomorrow is my neice's b-day party.... *sobs* I DUN WANNA GO!!! gonk ......OK, OK, I'm better.
