As I entered the palace gates all I could do was stare at the beautiful garden. There were hedges that were cut to look like creatures & historical people, and fountains that were so huge all I could do was gaze at them. I was so entranced by the garden that without realizing I ran into a boy my age. He was tall and pale with golden eyes and bronze hair. I shyly blushed and said hello & unexpectedly he bowed to me so I curtsied to him. He was wearing play clothes that were worn rags just like mine I asked his name, he said he was the Kings son Peter, so I told him my name (Annalise in case you forgot lol) & he invited me into the palace to play with him. I accepted his request & followed him throughout the garden into the beautiful oak doors of the palace entrance. As I gazed at the decorations & marble walls he called my name and I jumped with surprised & followed him. He took me through each room of the palace telling what each room was for as I looked at the things in the room, but not touching like peter had informed not to. At last he took me to the throne room I was quaking with excitement. Peter grabbed my hand all of a sudden & dragged me across the hall to the throne room. As I was thinking what was happening, he stood me upright & then I saw the king. Peter let go of my hand & stepped towards his father and started to explain why I was here (since I had told him my story) so the king told me he would help & that Peter could come if I wanted. I said Peter could come of course since I was starting to grow a large liking to him. So Peter & I went out to the back of the palace so that we could play. We played all sorts of games tag, hide & seek, leap frog, & so many others even though we are both 15 it was quite fun and it made me forgot why I had even come in the first place. after awhile we got tired and rested under a tree panting & gulped down some water. Then we got up & started to play again....
