The shop Mirai Fashion, in the Netherlands, is very nice, but only good when your tiny (you see, I'm chubby, so I can only buy there accesoiries). And Mirai Fashion isn't very cheap, so you could try to make clothes yourself, or try Visu Sky.

It's good that Mirai Fashion sells Vivienne Westwood, it's kinda exclusive, and very pretty (jewelry).
Though if you're more of a Visual-Kei fan, I would say Visu Sky is a better place.
I think that if you want to be Gothic & Lolita, you have to make goals of things you want to try, or want to buy. Try stuff out, and if you're a bit afraid you'll ruin your hair...Buy a wig~!! xD As long as you have your own style, and be unique...that's what's important blaugh biggrin
