Although it is a movie about a people that have unreal powers, it is funny and pretty cool. I'm not one who would watch
Power Rangers,
Sailor Moon or
Godzilla, but this movie made me laugh and want even more to learn the skill of martial arts. The very beginning would have to be may favorite. An orphan boy raised in a Kung Fu school gets kicked out for the night with no food and sulks by throwing cans into a trash can with precision. An old man tries it but fails many times. It's a meeting between two people who will come to rely on each other. One with a brain and passion for money and another with the skills to rake it in, Kung-Fu Basketball becomes the name of the game. The following synopsis is taken from
MySoju.com, where you can find the links to watch the film with subtitles.
