It's been a few weeks since we left for our little adventure. We came upon this real creepy castle. Inside, there was a bunch of pedestals with frozen mermaids on them. I once read that when a mermaid dies, her body turns to ice and stays that way forever, never melting. The ones in here looked liked they were killed in their prime. We only explored that room, and then we left. But as we left, I could of swore I heard someone laughing from the castle.
I have an awfully weird feeling that we'll be going back to that place later on. The place reminded me of Dracula's Castle, only there was no vampires. Good thing, too, cause I don't the proper way to dodge a vampire's bite when they get behind you. If we do come back, I'll make sure Ray and Elias tag along.
