Welcome!
Roleplay - Turran
This is the basis of my character.
Anything here is subject to change (and probably will).

Oh, and if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask. If something doesn't make sense, tell me, and I'll try to explain it better. I probably forgot to make sure everything was accounted for, anyways.

-Information-

Name: Turran

Birthday: Unknown. Could be considered the 4th of December.

Birthplace: Unknown. Could be considered the Eyzandar Pillar.

Family: Unknown.

Abilities: Psychic. Excels in most kinises. Also has small knowledge of black magics.

Personality: Chaotic, narcissistic, treats others as if they are envious of him. Rather intelligent, and knows when to talk and when to fight. He can be provoked into fighting quite easily, if he let's his anger get a hold of him.

-Physical-

Age: Unknown. He has the appearance of someone about the age of sixteen or seventeen. Never physically ages.

Hair: Pitch Black in colour. Rather dull looking, no shine. Reaches down to his shoulders.

Eyes: Milky, cloudy, white. Uses abilities to add colour (For normalization). Usually chooses a deep red.

Body Type: Slender. Not too much muscle. He weighs about 120 lbs, and is 5' 9''.

Outfit: His main outfit consists of red trimmed black robe, with runes inscribed on the trim. On his forehead rests a small purple-red gem, which Turran call's his 'Third Eye'. The Third Eye is usually concealed by his hair.

Weapons: Carries a sword name Xrathin'kiin (Sometimes shortened to Kiin). The blade of Kiin is forged out of a purple-red gemstone, obviously the same material his 'Third Eye' is made of.

-History-

Turran's story began with the very beginning of the Cullaren Empire.

Back in the primal centuries of the Opaque Wastes, nomadic barbarians ruled the desert. Few were organized into tribes even, most of them just families who would travel the Wastes, and brutally kill any others they encountered. Barbarians who joined together, often got into arguments, and one side ended up dead.

It was utter chaos, and only one thing remained consistent; the Xicanni. Far within the dry reaches of the Wastes, stood a three mile high pillar of rock, known as the Eyzandar Pillar. The Pillar was a natural rock formation, with a strange uniqueness; the closest thing to it that stands more then thirty feet tall is more then twenty miles away. It is a spear mounted towards the heavens, in a sea of disorder. It was revered to the barbarians as holy, but no worship went on near it. In fact, no barbarian dared go near it. It was a feared place, because of what happens there once every three hundred and sixty-five days, on the fourth of December. It begins on the first of the month. A bright fire will appear atop of the Pillar, then, three days later, on the fourth of December, sixty-two sleeping bodies will appear in a circle, around the base of the Pillar. The people vary in age, from infants to crippled elders. The only similarity between them is their cloudy eyes, and the fact that they never age. These people are known as the Xicanni. When they wake up, they have a strange inclination to kill others. Because of this, most of the sixty-two end up dead, strangled in their sleep by the stronger, faster, and all around better. After, the survivors flee into the desert. The desert kills most of these survivors, depraving them of needed food and water. The ones who come upon any barbarians are killed on sight. The only who survive are the very few who happen to find water and food.

One of the very few successful barbarian tribes, the Cull, managed to work there way up to power. There leader, Deruuvan, quickly forged a supreme citadel, and abruptly swept the barbarians up, forcing them to unite under his rule. He assembled an empire, and the chaos of the Wastes suddenly became orderly. This was the start of the Cullaren Empire.

Deruuvan's main demand was that every year, the Xicanni were to be slaughtered before even a single one woke up. For the first seven years of his rule, this was carried out to perfection. On his eighth year of rule though, sandstorms delayed the soldiers sent to kill the Xicanni. They arrived there a day later, on the fifth of December. Twenty-one strangled bodies were found. Forty-one Xicanni unaccounted for, and missing. The soldiers returned with the news, and the citadel was sent into lockdown.

After forty days of the lockdown, eighteen armored figures appeared outside of the citadel. Deruuvan ordered them to be killed immediately. Deruuvan became frustrated and desperate, when all of the archers sent to the citadel walls, ended up burnt alive. The armored figures broke there way into the citadel, and stormed through legions of soldiers to the central palace. Four of the figures were killed in the battle, leaving only fourteen left. When they reached Deruuvan chamber, they sealed the chamber behind them. Deruuvan personally butchered them all. He after opened his chamber, had the bodies removed, and burned. The future generations of Xicanni were killed each and every year, without flaw.

A missing part of the story exists.

After the first thirteen of the attacking Xicanni were killed by Deruuvan, a deal was forged with the last, who was given the name, Turran. Turran was granted the newly created position of advisor.

Deruuvan and Turran traded secrets. Turran used his abilities to mask his foreign eyes, and become renown throughout the Empire.
