I been kinda critical about Robert Patterson playing the role of Edward in this movie. But the question is: can he actually get Edwards' personality down in this thing?

Sure, Patterson is sexy, charming, has a really nice smile. But it's Edward's personality we're talking anout here!

I think they got kinda off here. They made him quiet...
And besides that, Patterson admits that he never read any of the Twilight series books on Wikipeida and I think that also plays a big factor in this. He'd know if he was playing edward right if he had read teh books, but no. He relies on the Director to lead him the acting and really doesn't get a full view on how Edwards' character really is.

But I believe Patterson can still do a pretty good job. He had already admitted that many fans had sent him hate-mail about him not being able to play Edward. He says he wants to prove them wrong. I believe he can do just that if he really gave his part on acting a good shot.

And that's all I have to say about that.
