Math is cool!
Quadratic Equation is one of our lessons in Trigonometry. Weather I like it or not, I must study the lessons because if not I will fail and I cannot graduate.
Sometimes, Math is exciting because it feels like you are in an exciting adventure that you must think a better way to get to the next challenge. But sometimes, it made me feel nervous because for example my Teacher point me to answer in the board and unfortunately I don’t know how to solve the problem, it so “nakakahiya” to your classmate and also to your Teacher. It feels like you’re drowning in a deep deep part of the Pacific Ocean. Haha, I know its funny but it is true. It’s so hard talaga!
When im answering a certain problem, if it is hard, it takes twice or thrice time for me to get the correct answer, sometimes “wrong pa man gani”. If im really desperate to get the correct but I can’t get it correctly, it made me feel frustrate, it feels like “ang sarap-sarap pag-punitpunitin ang papel”. And I hate it!
That’s why, when my teacher is discussing, I always told myself, “stick your eyes on the board, and listen carefully to your Teacher.” And I found it helps. And also I found that in solving a problem, I must first understand it, think a perfect way to solve it, just like solving Quadratic Equation, there are methods that we could use just like factoring, completing the square, interactive parabola and many more. And it can help me to solve the problem.
Now, I understand, Math is like a road of life. Before you could get the colorful and wonderful end of it, you must suffer first hardship and “kalbaryo” of Mathematics, este, of life!
